What have we done to ensure that our customers find us a reliable partner for the long term?
- Security and data protection: We have had serious technical discussions inhouse on certain aspects of IT security. We originally introduced ISO 27001 to simplify these adhoc decisions, and this has proven to be a very good decision ever since. In addition, this certification and the resulting operation are obviously useful for our clients where trust-based data management is a top priority – for among the hundreds of clients we serve there are law firms, healthcare institutions, accounting offices and financial service providers.
- Motivation and flexibility: we work in a community where customer satisfaction is important. Empowerment is a key notion at our company: our colleagues know both the content and financial parts of the agreements we have with our clients, so they can make quick and flexible decisions on their own.
- We are the Hungarian pioneers of professional indemnity insurance for IT operations: we were the first to come to the market with this requirement, and found a partner in AIG. As long as they were present in the Hungarian market, they were our insurance provider.
- We currently have professional indemnity insurance of HUF 100 million with Colonnade. We have never had a single insurance claim.
- We are constantly improving our quality control procedures: we regularly check our own services through internal audits to make sure that we are delivering on all of our contractual commitments we have made to our clients. The importance of these internal audits is that without them, the absence or corruption of certain underlying IT processes – for example, the verification of the success of a backup – would only become apparent in the event of a disaster. A telling sign of the usefulness of our QC procedures is that no client of ours have ever had a successful ransomware attack against them that resulted in data loss or ransom payment. We do not claim that the quality of our work is perfect, but so far, the results have been compelling: we constantly finetune and improve our quality processes, and currently our indicators are 100% for the most important threats.
- We automate our processes, constantly improving the level of automation. Our aim is to provide an economical service to our customers. A few examples: we provide automated reports (on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, as required), we use AI to automatically transcribe and summarise the reports of our meetings, which saves us time. Our internal processes are supported by Power Automate – for example, SLA compliance is monitored by Power Automate, and the involved parties are notified about their tasks via chat. The list of examples is long, not least because other branches of our group are involved in business process automation.
- We are an official Microsoft Partner, with experts who hold the corresponding professional qualifications.
- We are an official Google Partner, also with certified, qualified experts.
- We not only provide our clients with infrastructure operation and development services, but also enable them to make better use of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Looker and AppSheet, and provide training on the use of further tools, helping promote the application of these among our clients’ staff.
